Returns Policy
At RV Essentials Australia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are committed to helping you resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that entitle you to return a product for a replacement or full refund under certain circumstances. Please contact us before returning any items to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Items Damaged in Transit
We take great care to pack your items securely, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of:

Email the photos to sales@rvessentials.com.au within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can assist with a claim to the courier. Claims lodged after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
Note: Items damaged in transit that have been used or fitted cannot be accepted for return.
Items Lost in Transit
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can follow up with the freight carrier. You may also contact the courier directly, as sometimes the receiver’s enquiry can help resolve the issue faster.
While the item is still in transit, we are unable to cancel, refund, or resend your order. However, if the courier confirms that the item is lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Incorrect Addresses and Redirections
Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. Once we dispatch your order, we cannot change the delivery address or redirect the parcel. After dispatch, the shipment is no longer under our control.
If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch, please contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirection. Keep in mind that redirection services are subject to the carrier’s policies and may not always be available.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, we apologise for the error. Please email us at sales@rvessentials.com.au with photos of:

The packaging
We will organise to send the correct item and cover the cost of return shipping for the incorrect product. Please notify us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been used or fitted cannot be returned.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Choice
If you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong item, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. If you prefer, we can also issue store credit upon request.

The item must be unused and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranties
If your product develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@rvessentials.com.au. We will work with the manufacturer or supplier to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Repairs are carried out by the manufacturer, not RV Essentials Australia.

The standard warranty period for most products is 12 months unless otherwise specified.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects only.
Note: Return shipping for warranty claims is generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise advised.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns or incorrectly chosen items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. RV Essentials Australia is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Fitment or Assembly of Goods
For items that require installation or assembly, our return policy covers the cost of the product only. Correct fitment and installation by a qualified person are essential. Please inspect all goods for marks, scratches, or other damage before installation. Items that have been fitted, assembled, or modified are not eligible for return or warranty claims relating to installation issues.
